A perfect melange of Cabernet grapes …
Our red wines are field blended to make a delicious red consisting of roughly 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 65% Cabernet Franc. Our 2017 vintage is outstanding with notes of blackberry and black cherry. This wine pairs well with most anything but especially a buttery Trout Almandine or Stilton Blue cheese-topped steak.

There is nothing better for dinner than a freshly caught lake trout. In summer months, they can reside as much as 100 feet below the surface. So versatile, trout can be baked, poached, deep-fried, grilled, boiled or smoked. Below is one of our favorite recipes. Enjoy!
